Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview & Commitment to Safety

MemeRap AI ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to fostering a safe, responsible, and creative environment. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all image uploads, audio selections, and video rendering generated through our platform. By using our service or purchasing credits, you strictly agree to abide by these rules.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

You may not use MemeRap AI to create, upload, process, or disseminate any of the following categories of content:

• NSFW, Sexual, or Adult Content: Any sexually explicit, pornographic, lewd, or sexually suggestive imagery, text, audio, or video. We strictly prohibit any nudity, simulated sexual acts, or adult entertainment material.
• Child Exploitation & Abuse (CSAM): Any depiction, generation, or reference to child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment will result in immediate termination, permanent banning, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement authorities (e.g., NCMEC).
• Non-Consensual Imagery & Deceptive Deepfakes: Uploading photos of individuals without their explicit informed consent, or generating content designed to defame, blackmail, impersonate, or mislead the public regarding a person's real-world actions or statements.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or national origin.
• Violence, Weapons & Self-Harm: Graphic depictions of gore, violence, threats of physical harm, promotion of self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or illegal weapons manufacture.
• Fraud, Malware & Platform Abuse: Content intended to defraud, deceive, scam, distribute malicious code, or artificially bypass platform security, account limits, or payment mechanisms.

3. Automated Content Moderation & Enforcement

To protect our users and infrastructure, MemeRap AI integrates automated content moderation APIs (including Creem Content Moderation) to screen generation inputs before model processing.

• Prompts, inputs, or media detected as violating our safety policies will be immediately blocked from rendering.
• Repeated attempts to bypass content filters or generate prohibited content will result in immediate account suspension and revocation of credits without refund.
• We cooperate fully with legitimate law enforcement inquiries regarding illegal activities.

4. Intellectual Property & Consent

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to the photos and audio files you submit. You may not upload copyrighted music or third-party proprietary assets unless you hold the necessary commercial licenses.

5. Reporting Violations & Support

If you discover any content or behavior generated via MemeRap AI that violates this policy, please report it immediately to our safety and compliance team at: support@memerapai.top.
