2. Data We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your verified email address and public display name.
• Uploaded Photographs & Audio: Media uploaded to create rap battle videos is processed ephemerally on Cloudflare R2 and fal.ai synthesis nodes.
• Billing Information: Payment transactions are handled directly by our Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

3. Face Data & Zero Training Policy

We take facial privacy seriously:

• Uploaded portrait photos are utilized solely for generating requested lip-sync and motion videos.
• We do not sell, license, or share facial biometric data with third-party advertisers.
• We do not use customer photos to train base foundational AI models.
• Generated video output files remain private in your dashboard unless explicitly downloaded or shared by you.

4. Data Storage & Security

Our infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare R2 with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Database records (user credits, transaction logs) are secured via Turso LibSQL web connections.

5. GDPR & CCPA Rights
