Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 100% Automated Generation Failure Refund

We stand behind our AI generation pipelines. If any video rendering task fails due to an upstream API timeout, model crash, or server failure, 100% of your deducted points are automatically and instantly refunded back to your account balance. You will never be charged credits for a failed rendering.

2. Unused Credit Packages (14-Day Guarantee)

If you purchased a credit package (Starter Pack $9.90 or Pro Creator $24.90) and have not yet spent any credits from that package, you are entitled to a full monetary refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Once credits from a package have been utilized to generate video renders, that package is deemed consumed and is no longer eligible for a cash refund.

3. Subscription Cancellations (Viral Studio $29.90/mo)

You can cancel your recurring monthly subscription at any time with a single click from your creator dashboard or via the Creem customer billing portal. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to your subscription tier and all unused credits through the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be billed on the next billing date.

4. How to Request a Refund

All payments are processed by Creem (creem.io) as our Merchant of Record. To request a refund for an unused credit bundle, please email support@memerapai.top with your account email and transaction ID. Inquiries are handled within 24 to 48 business hours.
