1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MemeRap AI (the "Service"), hosted at https://memerapai.top, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Nature of Service & Digital Credits

MemeRap AI provides browser-based AI video synthesis, motion retargeting, and lip-sync generation tools. All paid services operate on a digital credit-based system. Credits are digital goods that allow users to queue and render 1080p MP4 rap battle videos.

• One-time pack credits are valid for 30 days (Starter Pack) or 90 days (Pro Creator) from the date of purchase; unused one-time credits expire after that period. Viral Studio subscription credits reset at the end of each calendar month and do not roll over.
• Each generation deducts points based on the selected pipeline (150 to 375 credits per 15s clip).
• Failed generation tasks are automatically refunded 100% of the reserved credits via atomic database logic.

3. Payment & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem handles all customer service inquiries and returns related to payments and billing.

4. User Uploads & Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the portrait photographs and custom audio you upload to MemeRap AI. You represent that you have full legal permission to use and animate the likeness of any individuals depicted in uploaded photos. We do not use your private images to train public AI models. Uploaded assets are temporarily held in Cloudflare R2 storage for synthesis and purged automatically.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Acceptable Use

Users must strictly adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Service to generate, transmit, or store: (a) sexually explicit, pornographic, lewd, or NSFW content; (b) non-consensual imagery, deepfakes, or fraudulent impersonations; (c) hate speech, harassment, defamation, or violent content; or (d) any material infringing intellectual property rights. Violations will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund.

6. Commercial Usage

Videos rendered using our royalty-free built-in audio tracks or your own original audio may be freely published, distributed, and monetized on platforms including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

7. Third-Party AI Models & Affiliation Disclaimer

MemeRap AI is an independent web application. We utilize third-party cloud neural network inference APIs to power motion retargeting and lip-sync video generation. MemeRap AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any underlying model creators (such as Kling, Wan, Suno, or other third-party AI research labs) or social media platforms. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.
